Being connected to Jesus, the Anointed One is what enables us to produce good fruit that remains.

I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing. John 15:5 AMPC

When Jesus is the center of our lives, it doesn’t mean that we can’t have earthly priorities or a normal life, it just means that everything we do stems from our relationship with Him.

We’re not perfect and we’re all a work in progress…but Jesus makes that work complete as He brings us closer to perfection each and every day.

And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you. Philippians 1:6 AMPC
