More Than Enough

We are simply stewards of everything that God puts in our hands. So if He gets resources to us and He is an unlimited source of provision, why do we often see giving those resources to help others as a “burden”?

God asks us for only 10% as a sign of love and honor towards Him. On top of that, if God asks us to demonstrate His love by giving a little extra of what we’ve been given to advance His purpose and to have an eternal impact, is it really all that much?

Everything is about perspective. You can see helping others with your resources as impossible if you yourself feel limited or if you believe that God is unlimited.

On the other hand, if you believe what the Bible says about our generous God, you yourself will be generous by nature. With this mindset, you’ll increase and your giving will increase. And it won’t seem like a burden to give because you have an eternal perspective and you’ll be doing everything motivated by LOVE.
